• Representing 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and organizations on civil litigation and administrative law files, as well as in strategic and test case litigation;

• Helping 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and organizations to understand their rights under provincial and federal laws, and to assert those rights publicly and through legal processes; and

• Supporting 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and organizations with legal research and advisory work on emerging issues pertaining to the queer community.
